1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through www.vestario.eu (the “Website”).
The Website is operated by Vestario, established in the Netherlands.

By placing an order on our Website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Applicability

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Vestario and the consumer (“you”).
Dutch and EU consumer protection laws apply to all purchases made via the Website.

3. Products and Availability

Vestario offers curated fashion items, jewellery, and accessories from selected European designers.
All items are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color or texture may occur.
If a product is temporarily unavailable or made to order, this will be indicated on the product page.

4. Prices

All prices shown on the Website are in euros (€) and include VAT.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
Vestario reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price displayed at the time of purchase will apply to your order.

5. Ordering and Contract Formation

After placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
Your order is accepted once payment is successfully processed via our secure payment partner Mollie.
Vestario reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if irregularities or suspected fraud are detected.

6. Payment

Payments can be made securely via Mollie using accepted methods such as iDEAL, credit card, and other listed options.
No additional processing fees will be charged beyond those displayed at checkout.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via PostNL or equivalent courier partners, managed through Sendcloud.
Delivery times depend on stock availability and the origin of the designer.
Made-to-order or pre-order items may require additional production time, as specified on the product page.

We currently ship within the European Union.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

Notify us via email at info@vestario.eu within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return the item(s) within the following 14 days, unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund using your original payment method within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

Made-to-order or personalized products created specifically for you.
Hygiene-sensitive items such as earrings once opened or worn.

9. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at info@vestario.eu.
We will confirm availability and guide you through the process.

10. Product Quality and Warranty

We stand by the quality of the products sold on Vestario.
If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
Vestario complies with EU consumer warranty regulations, which entitle you to repair, replacement, or refund for defective goods.

11. Personal Styling Services

Any personal styling services booked via the Website are provided by or in collaboration with qualified stylists.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Styling fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

12. Liability

Vestario is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

13. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, logos, and written content on the Website are owned or licensed by Vestario or its designers.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

14. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any dispute relating to a purchase or agreement with Vestario shall be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
